Hellbilly Choppers is the creation of Yuma, Arizona native Chris Toms. Chris Toms began building his first chopper in 2003. Since then there has been no looking back. The designs have become more radical and quality a number one priority. Chris's desire to keep moving forward is evident. Ever since he was a lad Chris has been chopping, trimming or cleaning up the lines of everything from his first quad to his everyday work trucks.
